IMPORTANT: BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS TO ANY FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENT, YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING POLICIES. BY BUYING TICKETS, YOU ENTER INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS. ALL POLICIES ARE FINAL AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

TICKETS

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS OFFER GENERAL ADMISSION, PHOTO OPS, AUTOGRAPHS, MEET & GREET, AND SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS.

    • A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE EVENT AND REDEEM ANY PHOTO OPS, AUTOGRAPHS, OR MEET & GREET TICKETS.

    • EACH TICKET TYPE IS SOLD SEPARATELY.

    • THERE ARE NO LIMITS ON THE NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU MAY PURCHASE.​

    • CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD AND UNDER ARE ADMITTED FREE (UNLESS SPECIFIED).

      • CHILDREN OVER 5 MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ENTER THE EVENT.

  • ALL TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE RESOLD.

    • RESALE OF TICKETS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

      • ATTEMPTING TO RESELL TICKETS MAY RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM FUTURE FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS.

      • THIS POLICY ENSURES A SAFE, FAIR, AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL ATTENDEES.

  • UPGRADES, EXCHANGES, OR CHANGES TO TICKET TYPES OR DATES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

    • ATTENDEES CANNOT SWITCH TICKET TYPES, COMBINE TICKETS, OR APPLY PAYMENTS FROM ONE TICKET TO ANOTHER.

    • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR CHANGES REQUESTED AFTER PURCHASE.

  • ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, NO CASH OR ORIGINAL PAYMENT REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

    • EXCEPTION: FOR SOLD-OUT ITEMS ONLY, A FIFTY PERCENT (50%) CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED IF REQUESTED UP TO ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. PLEASE REVIEW THE FULL REFUND POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING.

  • ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL.​

CODE OF CONDUCT & SAFETY

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING A SAFE AND HARASSMENT-FREE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL, REGARDLESS OF RACE, AGE, RELIGION, GENDER, GENDER IDENTITY AND EXPRESSION, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, DISABILITY, OR PHYSICAL APPEARANCE.

  • ALL ATTENDEES, GUESTS, AND STAFF MUST CONDUCT THEMSELVES RESPECTFULLY AND SAFELY.

  • HARASSMENT, ABUSE, OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

  • PHYSICAL VIOLENCE, THREATS, OR INTIMIDATION ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
    • ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, WEAPONS, OR DANGEROUS ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON EVENT PREMISES.

    • SECURITY MAY BE CALLED TO ENFORCE THESE POLICIES.

      • SECURITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEARCH BAGS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.​

    • VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND.

    • ATTENDEES SHOULD REPORT ISSUES TO RAE OR STAFF ASAP.

  • CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.

  • ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING POLICY

  • PHOTOGRAPHY IS ONLY PERMITTED WHEN SPECIFIED OR APPROVED BY FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS STAFF OR VOLUNTEERS.

  • CAMERAS/PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN PHOTO OP AND AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS.

  • CELEBRITY GUESTS ARE CONTRACTED FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SESSIONS AND CANNOT POSE FOR PERSONAL PHOTOS.

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS IS A PRIVATE FUNCTION, AND ANY PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY TAKEN AT THE EVENT IS THE PROPERTY OF FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS.

    • SUCH PHOTOS OR VIDEOS MAY BE USED IN FUTURE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS OR EVENT SERVICES.

  • BY PURCHASING A TICKET, ATTENDEES AGREE TO ALLOW THEIR IMAGE TO BE USED ON THE WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA, OR OTHER PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS.

FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND MERCHANDISE RULES

  • OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS APPROVED FOR MEDICAL NEEDS OR CHILDREN.

  • FOOD AND BEVERAGE PURCHASES MUST BE CONSUMED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.

  • ALL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL.

    • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THE EVENT CONCLUDES.

  • ATTENDEES MAY NOT RESELL EVENT MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.

  • ALL MERCHANDISE AND DISPLAY ITEMS MUST BE HANDLED WITH CARE TO AVOID DAMAGE.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES​

  • EMERGENCY EXITS ARE CLEARLY MARKED THROUGHOUT THE VENUE.

  • ATTENDEES SHOULD FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH EXITS UPON ARRIVAL.

  • FIRST AID AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE.

  • CONTACT STAFF OR VOLUNTEERS FOR HELP.

  • IN THE EVENT OF EVACUATION:

    • REMAIN CALM

    • FOLLOW EXIT SIGNS

    • MOVE TO DESIGNATED ASSEMBLY AREAS

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES OR LOST PROPERTY RESULTING FROM NON-COMPLIANCE.

ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATION POLICY

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS PROVIDES ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCES.

  • ATTENDEES REQUIRING ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD CONTACT STAFF IN ADVANCE.

  • WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE PATHWAYS, SEATING, AND RESTROOMS ARE PROVIDED WHERE POSSIBLE.

  • ASSISTIVE DEVICES AND SERVICE ANIMALS ARE WELCOME IF COMPLIANT WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS.

  • ACCOMMODATIONS MAY BE DENIED IF THEY POSE A SIGNIFICANT SAFETY RISK.

LOST & FOUND POLICY

  • LOST OR FOUND ITEMS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO STAFF.

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

  • ITEMS LEFT AFTER THE EVENT MAY BE DONATED OR DISPOSED OF IF NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 30 DAYS.

PRIVACY & DATA USE POLICY

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MARKETING.

  • INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT CONSENT.

  • PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND AUDIO MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES UNLESS OPTED OUT IN WRITING.

SOLICITATION POLICY

  • SOLICITATION, SALES, OR DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL.

  • VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND.

RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY

  • FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT EVENTS MAY DENY ENTRY FOR SAFETY CONCERNS, CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATIONS, OR SUSPECTED SOLICITATION.

  • DENIED ENTRY MAY OCCUR BEFORE OR DURING THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND.

  • SECURITY AND EVENT STAFF HAVE FINAL AUTHORITY ON ENTRY, REMOVAL, AND SAFETY ENFORCEMENT.

TRIC MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • TRIC MEMBERS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES WILL BE DENIED ACCESS UNTIL PAID IN FULL.

  • THIS POLICY ENSURES FAIR TREATMENT AND COMPLIANCE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.

FULL REFUND POLICY

  • ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAMILY EMERGENCIES, MEDICAL ISSUES, CANCELED FLIGHTS, OR WEATHER CONDITIONS.

  • NO GENERAL ADMISSION OR SPECIAL EVENT REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE CANCELLATION OR ABSENCE OF A SPECIFIC CELEBRITY GUEST.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A GUEST CANCELLATION, GUEST-SPECIFIC A LA CARTE TICKETS (INCLUDING PHOTO OPS, AUTOGRAPHS, AND MEET & GREETS) WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED WITHIN THIRTY (30) BUSINESS DAYS.

  • IF THE ENTIRE EVENT IS CANCELED, ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN THIRTY (30) BUSINESS DAYS OR MAY ELECT TO RECEIVE CREDIT TOWARD A FUTURE EVENT.

  • FOR SOLD-OUT ITEMS ONLY, A FIFTY PERCENT (50%) CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED IF REQUESTED UP TO ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

  • NO REFUNDS, CASH, OR CREDITS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR UNUSED OR UNREDEEMED TICKETS.

  • ANY CHARGEBACKS MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AND A PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL FUTURE EVENTS.

  • BY PURCHASING TICKETS, ATTENDEES AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY.
