A: GENERAL ADMISSION GRANTS YOU ACCESS TO THE EVENT FLOOR, WHERE YOU CAN WATCH THE CELEBRITY GUESTS INTERACT WITH FANS FROM A DISTANCE, SHOP EXCLUSIVE MERCHANDISE, PURCHASE DRINKS AND RELAX AT THE BAR, AND TAKE PHOTOS WITH EVENT DECOR TO COMMEMORATE YOUR EXPERIENCE. GENERAL ADMISSION DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PHOTO OPS OR AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS, WHICH MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. A SEPARATE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET IS REQUIRED FOR EACH DAY OF THE EVENT.

A: WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO ANNOUNCE WHEN A CELEBRITY GUEST HAS DECLINED. IF NO ANNOUNCEMENT IS MADE, IT IS EITHER DUE TO A SITUATION WE MUST RESPECT OR BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE GUEST.

Q: I HESITATE TO BUY TICKETS IF I DON’T KNOW WHO I AM PAYING TO SEE. CAN YOU ANNOUNCE ALL THE CELEBRITY GUESTS BEFORE PUTTING TICKETS ON SALE?

A: UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT WAIT FOR ALL CONTRACTS TO BE FINALIZED BEFORE SELLING TICKETS. A: WE LIMIT THE QUANTITY OF EACH ITEM TO ENSURE THE EVENT RUNS SMOOTHLY AND TO MAINTAIN A COMFORTABLE, INTIMATE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. PHOTO OPS AND AUTOGRAPHS HAVE SET CAPACITY TO KEEP SESSIONS ON SCHEDULE.

Q: WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE THE EVENT SCHEDULES?

A: SCHEDULES ARE USUALLY RELEASED ABOUT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT, ONCE ALL CELEBRITY GUESTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED.

A: WE RECOMMEND BOOKING HOTELS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA TO BE CLOSEST TO THE EVENT. MANY ONE TREE HILL SCENES WERE FILMED IN DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON, AND YOU’LL BE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF FOOD, SHOPPING, AND NIGHTLIFE.

Q: WHAT DOES A VOLUNTEER DO?

A: VOLUNTEERS HELP WITH ANY AND ALL EVENT OPERATIONS AS NEEDED. THIS CAN INCLUDE ASSISTING GUESTS, MONITORING DOORS, PROVIDING PERSONAL ASSISTANCE, CHECKING IN ATTENDEES, AND MORE. VOLUNTEERS MUST BE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, AND PUNCTUAL. 

 

Q: WHAT IF I AM ATTENDING THE EVENT AS A FAN BUT STILL WANT TO VOLUNTEER?

A: WE RECOMMEND NOT VOLUNTEERING IF YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS PARTS OF THE EVENT OR IF YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE PHOTO OPS OR AUTOGRAPHS.

 

Q: DO I GET A FREE ADMISSION TICKET AS A VOLUNTEER?

A: ALL VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE A BADGE AND T-SHIRT, WHICH ALLOWS ENTRY INTO THE EVENT AREAS. HOWEVER, THESE BADGES DO NOT INCLUDE SPECIAL ACCESS TO EVENTS SUCH AS SPORTS GAMES, BANQUETS, COCKTAIL PARTIES, OR CONCERTS, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED BY FWB EVENTS.

A: PARKING DEPENDS ON THE EVENT LOCATION. MOST VENUES HAVE AN ATTACHED PARKING LOT, EXCEPT FOR EVENTS HELD AT TRIC, WHICH OFFERS STREET PARKING ONLY.

Q: WILL THERE BE FOOD, DRINKS, AND MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Q: WHY DO YOU HAVE A SECURITY TEAM POSTED TO ESCORT THE CELEBRITIES?

A: THE SECURITY TEAM IS IN PLACE FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY—NOT JUST THE CELEBRITIES. THEY HELP MAINTAIN ORDER, ENSURE EVENTS RUN SMOOTHLY, AND MAKE SURE ALL ATTENDEES FEEL SAFE AND PROTECTED DURING THE EVENT.

A: YES! A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET IS REQUIRED TO REDEEM ANY PHOTO OP OR AUTOGRAPH TICKETS. PLEASE NOTE, GENERAL ADMISSION DOES NOT INCLUDE PHOTO OPS OR AUTOGRAPHS—ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY. THERE IS A SEPARATE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET FOR EACH DAY OF THE EVENT.

Q: HOW MANY ATTENDEES CAN APPEAR IN ONE PHOTO OP?

A: TWO ATTENDEES, EACH WITH A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET, CAN APPEAR TOGETHER IN A SINGLE PHOTO OP AT THE STANDARD PRICE.

Q: IF I HAVE ONE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET AND TWO ATTENDEES ARE ALLOWED IN A PHOTO OP, DOES MY FRIEND, SPOUSE, ETC. NEED A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO BE IN THE PHOTO WITH ME?

A: YES! ANYONE ENTERING THE VENUE MUST HAVE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET. IF TWO ATTENDEES WANT TO SHARE A SINGLE PHOTO OP, EACH MUST STILL HAVE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET. A: IF A CELEBRITY GUEST IS UNABLE TO ATTEND, ANY OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL OR DUO PHOTO OPS, AS WELL AS THEIR AUTOGRAPHS, WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED. IF YOU STILL WANT A PHOTO OP WITH THE OTHER CELEBRITY GUEST FROM YOUR DUO PHOTO OP, YOU MUST PURCHASE A NEW PHOTO OP WITH THEM.

Q: IF I MISS OUT ON BUYING AN INDIVIDUAL PHOTO WITH A CELEBRITY GUEST, CAN I PURCHASE A DUO PHOTO AND ASK THE OTHER GUEST TO STEP OUT?

A: THE SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA, AND WILL ALSO BE SENT VIA EMAIL APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY PHOTO OP? HOW EARLY CAN I LINE UP?

A: PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED PHOTO OP OR AUTOGRAPH TIME. YOU MAY NOT LINE UP BEFORE THE START TIME UNLESS DIRECTED BY A VOLUNTEER OR STAFF MEMBER. FOR EXAMPLE, IF A PHOTO OP IS SCHEDULED FROM 1:00 PM–2:00 PM, LINEUP WILL BEGIN AT 1:00 PM.

 

Q: IF I BUY MULTIPLE PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS THAT ARE SCHEDULED AT THE SAME TIME, WILL I GET THEM ALL?

A: YES! AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN LINE FOR THE SCHEDULED PHOTO OP AND/OR AUTOGRAPH, WE WILL MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THEM. IF YOU HAVE OVERLAPPING PHOTO OPS OR AUTOGRAPHS, PLEASE FIND A VOLUNTEER FOR ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR SCHEDULE. IF ONE SESSION IS A 30-MINUTE TIME BLOCK AND ANOTHER IS A 60-MINUTE TIME BLOCK, WE RECOMMEND ATTENDING THE 30-MINUTE SESSION FIRST, AS IT WILL END SOONER.

A: THIS IS AT THE CELEBRITY GUEST’S DISCRETION, AS SOME CONTRACTS PROHIBIT RECORDING FAN INTERACTIONS. IF YOUR FRIEND IS NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE PHOTO OP OR AUTOGRAPH, THEY MAY BE ALLOWED TO STAND OFF TO THE SIDE AT AN APPROVED DISTANCE AND RECORD. Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?

A: PHOTOS ARE TYPICALLY AVAILABLE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS WORK HARD TO UPLOAD EVERYTHING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT OF EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES (SUCH AS WI-FI ISSUES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS), THERE MAY BE A DELAY. REST ASSURED, YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
